Prior to joining the firm of Louie & Kitsuse as an associate attorney, Ms. Tsai attended  Golden Gate University, School of Law, where she excelled in the study of Immigration Law, and International Law, and earned a Grotius Award in the study of International Law upon graduation. Her strong sense of community involvement and devotion to assist all people from our rich and diverse communities with their legal needs started during her undergraduate years, where she participated in the Legal Studies Program at the University of California, Berkeley. Ms. Tsai’s strong sense of commitment to the community, as well as her passion in assisting all people with their legal needs, continue to grow and strengthen to date.
